Individual Session: $100

Family/Couples Session: $120

I understand that there are circumstances that may prevent you from attending your scheduled session but please make contact immediately to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation is considered within 3 hours of your scheduled session. The client will be charged $30 late cancellation fee for any missed or late cancelled session. It is solely the client responsibility to make contact with the office, this fee is not covered by the insurance provider. 

All interactions which take place in the setting of therapy are considered confidential. This includes requests by telephone, all interactions with the counselor, any scheduling or appointment notes, all session content records and any progress notes that are taken during the session.


Exceptions: If the therapist learn or believe that there has been physical or sexual abuse or neglect of any person under the age of 18, or an elderly person or if the therapist is made aware of domestic abuse. These circumstances must be reported to law enforcement immediately. If the therapist suspects an individual has caused harm to another person or is threatening to cause bodily harm to another person, the therapist are required to report it to law enforcement. If there is evidence that you are in danger to yourself and the therapist believes that you will likely harm yourself, the therapist is obligated to ensure the safety of the client.
